Martin has been in the XR industry since 2013 with Prox & Reverie being the second immersive business he has built. With skills ranging from filmmaking and industrial design, to perception psychology and lucid dream research, XR innovation has become his natural home.

Alistair has 35 years’ experience as a Producer, in film financing, media management, IP development and investments. He ran Disney’s European production division for seven years, worked with Andrew Lloyd Weber at The Really Useful Group and now heads up Prox & Reverie as CEO

Benjamin is a highly skilled Creative Producer specializing in immersive technologies and spatial narrative. Originally hailing from Australia where he developed cutting edge art installation for The National Gallery Victoria, Benjamin now Produces Prox & Reverie’s key innovation projects.

Emma keeps the ship running smoothly at Prox & Reverie. With 20 years’ experience in project and facilities management, budgeting, funding, staffing and administration, Emma is perfectly placed to manage P&R’s unique business requirements.

Ian is a hands-on Art Director, Concept Artist and image technician with a keen eye for the extraordinary. He brings to the team a career stretching back over 30 years, and originally studied in the very same building Prox & Reverie now has its home.

David is a specialist in motion design, production and compositing for film and XR. His skillset ranges from Concepting, 3D design and real time graphics to Nuke compositing, with credits including Fast & Furious, Pokémon: Detective Pikachu and Avengers: End Game.

Brad Milner is Prox & Reverie’s in-house 3D Generalist, building everything from characters, sets and props or whatever the imagination demands, to processing digital twins for our realtime interactive simulations.

Daisy is interning with us, helping as Assistant Producer and Script Writer with the producing and creative teams. Daisy is a total film buff with endless knowledge of movies, directors and genres, which makes her the perfect fit for our drive at P&R to tell great stories.

Lee is an Electronic Engineer by trade with specialisms in mixed reality, game engine technologies and democratising design. Lee works with us on specific IoT solutions to help solve some of our bigger technical and fabrication challenges.

Liam guides Prox & Reverie’s web strategy through his creative agency, Attract. He is an award-winning Brand Identity Designer & Creative Director and lives by his customer moto: Make them feel on top of the World! Which works just nicely for Prox & Reverie.
